The 60 cm Tourelle is the smaller of La Cornue’s two built-in vaulted oven sizes, sharing its cavity design, thermostat class and door hardware with the rest of the Château line, just installed at eye level rather than in a range body. Its smaller cavity heats and cooks the same way as the larger 75 cm version, so a temperature complaint is diagnosed identically: measured cavity temperature against the dial, since no display is fitted.
Because it is a built-in unit rather than part of a range, its installation opening and surrounding cabinetry are checked alongside the oven itself when a door will not seal or the unit has shifted in its housing.
