The 75 cm Tourelle shares its vault design, thermostat class and door hardware with the Château range ovens, built for installation at eye level rather than inside a range body. As with the smaller 60 cm size, a temperature or baking complaint is diagnosed against measured cavity temperature rather than any display, since none is fitted.
Being the larger of the two Tourelle sizes, it takes the same larger-cavity door seal and hinge hardware used on the two-oven Château ranges, which is worth confirming when ordering parts.
