The Château Hood is sized and finished to match the range it serves, from a compact single-oven size up to the 180 cm Grand Palais width, and is available as a standard painted hood, one with decorative trim strips, an island version, or a custom estimate. Its motor, fan-speed control and lighting are the parts checked first for a performance complaint, separately from the telescopic smoke cover’s own mechanism.
Because the smoke cover extends up to 1.50 m for a maximum total height of 2.25 m, a cover that will not move is checked for its own binding or motor problem before the main extraction motor is suspected.
