If your range or hood is still within its original coverage period, we will say so, and whether that route makes more sense than paying us for the same repair, even when that means we do not get the job. Keep the purchase and installation paperwork; a range this specialized is often serviced by a distributor network, and it is worth checking that first.
Once that coverage has passed, the workmanship on anything we complete is covered by us for 30 days, and a replacement part carries whatever coverage its supplier gives it.
