Because the Castel 60’s touch control is a different interface from the rotary-knob induction hob documented in La Cornue’s induction hob manual, its display symbols are not assumed to match that manual’s U, H, E and F codes; where La Cornue has not published a code table for this specific touch panel, the panel’s behavior is tested directly rather than read against a list.
