On the KP and KR hob codes the Château and Châtelet 150’s top is entirely induction, so a hob complaint is diagnosed at the control knob, the induction driver board and the coil rather than at a gas valve. The oven and, on the Châtelet variant, the heating drawer are unaffected by hob fuel and are checked the same way as on the gas codes.
