The CornuFé 90 dual-fuel range is La Cornue’s single-oven entry range, built around one large vaulted cavity and a gas-burner hob. Because this is one of two entirely different hob technologies sold under the CornuFé 90 name, confirming which one is installed comes before assuming which parts are involved on any hob complaint.
The oven itself is the same vaulted design used across La Cornue’s range, so a temperature complaint is diagnosed the same way as on a Château model: measuring actual cavity temperature against the dial rather than reading any display, since none is fitted.
