The Grand Castel 90 carries a single large vaulted oven in a mid-size body, with a hob that keeps two gas burners as its fixed element on every gas code; the French top, power burner, lava-rock grill or an added induction pair (on code C5) fill the remaining position. As with the larger Château sizes, each hob element is fed and switched on its own.
There is no display on these hob codes, so a burner complaint is confirmed with a manometer and a look at flame color rather than a code, and the oven is checked against measured temperature.
